Me: Experience in education, administration, small business and management. A passion for systems, supporting, to-do lists and organising. Superpowers in planning, problem-solving and getting things done!
You: Running an incredible business with fantastic offerings, and you want to do more- but are out of hours and energy to do it all. Overwhelmed, overworked and pullingyour hair out on all the little bits of business that don’t light you up.
The Solution: Get me onboard as an extra pair of hands to come in and order the chaos, support your vision and take on all the things that have to be done, but aren’t your jam.
Some of what I do best
Administration Tasks
Day to day and back end taks including customer service, emails, onboarding, bookings and orders.
System set up & management
Create clear processes and SOPs for standard and recurring tasks, CRM and record management to help make prcesses easier and streamlined.
Scheduling
Organising and scheduling anything from social posts and emails to launch plans and event management.
Organise
Tie up, track and manage all those extra pieces – such as tracking client payments, design and produce graphics (Canva), website updates (WordPress or templates)
I’ve also used a number of different programs, software and systems and I’ll learn yours quickly or help you find something new to serve your needs.
About Me
Hi, I’m Shereen – the Organiser VA.
I am a former high school teacher (see where my organising came from), trained life coach and passionate business cheerleader.
I love the flexibility of being a VA (and working in my trackpants at 5am if I want) and supporting people to achieve their goals with more ease and focus.
I am a born planner and love to make spreadsheets for vacations, have a to-do list for almost every day, schedule homelife from meals and washing days to planning weekend mornings.
I also love having my little puppy dog Yogi sleep beside me whislt I work all day, watching too much Netflix, rock climbing and the occasional gin.
